I'm thinking of using this on a 130 Volvo in a 16' boat. The tank would be above the deck under a seat. Would this work? And does the tank breath both ways?
Asked on 09/04/2015 by Steve GrobeMy tanks are on a 17' Boston Whaler and sit on the cockpit sole, under a seat. My tanks have a one way air vent and allows make up air to enter but does not vent gas vapor as the gas and trapped air expand with heat. The tank bulges, but it does not seam to cause any problem.

Answered on 09/04/2015 by Steve GrobeHow does the vent work? The lid (gas gauge)does not seem to vent.
Asked on 08/28/2014 by UndisclosedIt seams to be a one way valve. It lets air in but not out.
