This is a terrific product but it will NOT fit Tempress All Weather Seats (very common seat choice for all types of boats)

They call this a universal mount but it would not fit Tempress All Weather Seats (a very popular seat used by all types of boaters)...in fairness to Garelick this could be a Tempress issue just an easy as an Garelick issue...besides fit the product is superior and I would recommend it for any seat other than Tempress All-Weather.
